Most of them told me that my steering rod kaput that needed to change. Finally, I went to a tyre shop to change my tyres and asked for 4 wheel alignment. Guess what, that sound totally disappeared!!! So, I beleive that sound has to do with the wheel arm or anything tied to the front wheels. Perhaps, you guys can ask tyre shop to check on these things.
