This will, over time, cause the flap not able to function to its full capacity and may also dislodged itself and get injested into the engine.....worst case senario, you will damaged your cylinder block. Plastic flap will not do that, it will simply just burnt it self out.Previously when we were on Euro 1, the sludge deposits is so evident and had cause lots of problems. Now with the Euro2 diesel, its much much better and if you use the correct brand of diesel, your black soot emission is almost invisible :4: ....</blockquote>
