I experienced the same thing with my pre-facelift E46 325i which didn't even have electronic seats!! Worse still, when the engine is uprated i.e. in the E60 like what happened to johnchen. His 192 bhp E60 525i was replaced by the 218 bhp version one week after he bought the car for a price differential of only 10k. Man, I remember he was fuming!  Spoke to my dad recently and he says he's not in a hurry. I hate the new E's looks! I hope the F10 turns out like the better pictures, particularly like the picts of the interior, very modern and space age!</blockquote>
