[QUOTE="jarance, post: 644838, member: 21"] I was also told to rebuilt the gearbox as well. I ask the wshop to hold the work first. Since the GBox is going to be dismantle for the replacement of the Aux Pump, you can inspect the condition of the internal part before deciding on whether to rebuilt or not. As for me, I drove about 50KM to the workshop when the oil was gushing out. When they drain the oil, there was about 1 liter left. Luckily for me, there was no metal filling in the oil. Wshop also told me the Gbox internal part was clean when they examine it. So, I just change the aux pump and later the Torque converter as it was found the shaft was worn out. BTW, got a second hand for the TC. BTW, the magnet in the oil pan will catch some metal filings. This is normal. I have seen this when I change the ATF oil during one of my routine maintenance.
