He had been sent for a training in Germany recently for the software version update for 3 and 5 series.As far as BMW owner knows ( If you service at BMW service centre ), the default service duration will be 25,000km per engine oil change. This cut off time will be reset at car CPU upon completed service. If we service at non-recognize BMW shop, they normally paste the small sticker to trigger when is the next service.Eventhough the default setting set at 25kkm, my friend said that the best ideal time to send car for service is every 10kkm intervally. If we wait until the max of the oil lifetime, it will effect your gear box due to the oil change from liquid to jelly. This will block the 2nd layer of the engine and this is when your car not moving smooth and vibration occured.</blockquote>
