[QUOTE="joeylow, post: 237976, member: 7329"] Parts cost for radiator components!!!!! Guys, Just changed a whole lot of radiator related components on my E46 2000 318i M43 108K mil. Here is the damage :- Parts purchased outside from a BMW sparepart shop in SEA PARK 1.) Expansion tank - RM175 2.) KWP Water Pump - RM135 3.) Top Hose - RM105 4.) Bottom Hose - RM90 5.) Thermostat(Expansion tank unit) - RM195 Parts and labour for the job(Done at a BMW specialist shop in Taman Mayang) 1.) Engine Thermostat - RM180 (I think can get cheaper outside) 2.) Coolant - RM30 3.) Oil Filter Housing Repair Kit - RM50 (realized oil pan is wet with oil) 4.) Labour to replace water/radiator components - RM126 5.) Labour to repair oil leak - RM126 Total bill : RM1212.00 I won't say it is expensive. The parts cost is reasonable to me, I previously owned a WIRA 1.8 DOHC and the parts are just slightly cheaper.
