Most of the time the temp needle should be dead center (12 o'clock) and on really really hot days it might go slightly pass 12 o'clock but it should hardly reach 3/4 mark. If your temp reaches the 3/4 mark your aux fan should already be running on high speed and temp should drop. Else there is definately something wrong with your cooling system. Check radiator, water pump, water hoses, thermostate, aux fan, temp sensor, etc..... better have it checked out before you do permanent damage to the engine.</p></blockquote><p></p>
