If you have not owned or seriously driven a car with more than 160hp before, then either the 325 or 328 would feel very powerful. The 325 and 328 has same 192 hp, but 328 torque is 280Nm, while 325 is 245Nm.But the 325 is newer (around 2001 - 2002 pre FL, and 2002- 2005 FL), while the 328 is older (1999-2000). Interior wise not much different unless you really take time to notice (most obvious one being the steering wheel).Suggest you take the time to test drive and look at a few cars.
