Hello folks.. Sorry been missing for quite sometime due to business requirement. Anyway, here are the latest updates; I came across this link http://m3.madrussian.net/diy_camber.shtml and decided to do the opposite of the instruction to get the factory position. My old setup; After resetting back to factory position; Went to set Kin Allignment (Sunway) hoping dat camber can be re-adjusted but it didnt work. Kin said the only way is to "jack" to re-adjust the camber (as what Sifu Jarance suggested before http://www.bmwclubmalaysia.com/newforums/index.php?/topic/37577-fed-up-of-broken-lower-arm-bushes/page-2 refer post #23) Kin had the tool, Told him to go ahead and do it. Basically, what Kin did was pushing the absorber away from the knuckle using the tool and insert a metal piece in between to create more gap to allow camber re-adjustment. Switched right tyre to left and left to right..this is because, the right tyre slightly worn out on the inside. Finally, camber re-adjusted. New camber reading : -0.5 (right) -1.0 (left) Despite the fact that the wheels are standing straight now, i could feel vibration on the steering at high speed (above 100kmh) and worse when applying brakes while on the way back. Brought it back to Kin the next day, he did on wheel balancing and said my rims are dented thus gives the vibration. But i'm not quite happy with what he said. My car was on the same set of wheels even before he did anything, and no vibration.. Any idea what is the next solution available?
