I hv a smiliarly spec-ed car. At that mileage and age - just drive it to a local BMW outlet ( 3rd party - doesn't have to be Auto Bavaria) .. and get them to check it out. Do a MODIC check to quiz the on board computer. For the money you're paying.. expect near perfection int erms on handling, braking etc.. just drive.. .nothing should be too loose Things to change are commonly bushes, lower arms, suspension, gearbox oil, etc .. all are wear and tear.. budget RM10,000 to bring it up to nice and new condition for your own comfort. Look at how the car was driven.. it's a high mileage car.. watchs for scatches onthe body, accident repair etc.. usual stuff. Lift it up and look for missing under body parts e.g. the panels under the engine bay tend to dissappear.. it's like RM500-1000 to buy a replacement sheet - but dynamically not much impact to driving if you stay below 200kph or so. You can reduce the car price if you see missing panels. Check wood trimmings .. if there's any broken bits.. you can discount Check that all tool kit are there.. especially the wheel nut. phew .. PM me if you have more question. Welcome to the world of 193bhp and 280nm !!!
