Wingzee, seems that you have tried many ways to solve this problem. This is my suggestion1. Try asking your mechanic to swap wheels with another E46 which don't have vibration issues. This will eliminate the wheels problem.2. Ask your mechanic to loan one or two prop shaft from the chop shop. Fit that & see if your problem is resolved3. This may sound crazy and many including mechanics may not agree with me. But I have seen vibration issues caused by a broken flywheel driving plate part no.24 40 1 216 837. This is probably your last resort.
