almost a similar case with mine. but for me no need o wait until 140kmh... the error code (checkk fuel system) will come out n i live wih it for almost 1 year hehe, I did the same thing as u, change fuel filter, fuel regulator even fuel pump and etc hehehe....... lastly the problem solved by clean the MAF sensor with contact cleaner..... trouble free till now.. cheers..
