That's converted. Facelifted e46 is 2002 onward. Avoid 318 or the 4 cylinder engine if possible. Underpowered and a lot of leaking problem

I'm on a 2002 325i... Get this one lah, one of the best examples I've seen come into the market for sale over the past 1 year:

I don't know about the 320i 2.2 but the 325i with a nicely taken care engine sounds very sweet when accelerating...
