Hi all sifu here, anyone know between 17" rim staggered and none staggered which one better? Y?Thanks all!

Both staggered and non-staggered have their advantages and disadvantages, all depend on your need bro.

So question is, what do you need?

staggered can layan corner kau kau but be careful on rainy days...and if going staggered, ensure you use the corect tyre setup to get optimum feel and handling

IMHO,

Staggered
Pros: less wheel-spin problem, more grip on dry surface, better handling, +5bhp (butt dyno)
Cons: tail happy on wet surface, only able to swap front/rear tyres if you're running all round and it's not easy to swap tyres as need to remove from rims, more grip means need more bhp to move the car about, ie slightly higher petrol consumption.

Non-staggered
Basically the "terbalik" of all the above.
