Staggered
Pros: less wheel-spin problem, more grip on dry surface, better handling, +5bhp (butt dyno)
Cons: tail happy on wet surface, only able to swap front/rear tyres if you're running all round and it's not easy to swap tyres as need to remove from rims, more grip means need more bhp to move the car about, ie slightly higher petrol consumption.
Non-staggered
Basically the "terbalik" of all the above.
