I think both my headlight adjusters still ok as i can adjust up and down the light yesterday night! So now the light downward problem is focus to the bulb position. I opened up the bulb holder today morning and found what.. How the holder sit on the place. Open it and SHIT! The ceramic rod is facing up! The bulb holder was cut so that the wire can connect to ballast. Since the socket is fit only facing upward, so to make the ceramic rod facing down, i have to cut either the yellow line or the red circle mark. I will try to DIY to fix the problem. Worst to worst i scarify the holder and buy a new one set after CNY!
