Wish to seek advise, I have a set of 16" rims with PCD112 can this fit in to e36? I was advised e36 PCD 120, can anyone verify this? If I need to do a modification on PCD, how much and would it look nice on the rims?

u may try to add on a spacer 120 to 112,but the offset of the MB rim will be a big factor on fitting it in.

PCD cannot be change by spacer. Spacer will only reduce the offset. So you definitely won't be able to use that rim except if you really want you will have to drill a new hole with PCD of 120. (PCD = pitch circle diameter, distance between the hole in diameter)
