It depends on the kind of road u mostly travel. Bad road conditions and harsh driving attitude will kill the bush faster. :D The bush is a normal rubber product and all rubber products are vulnerable to heat and ageing. It will either wear out (loose) or crack. if I am not wrong, no matter how wear is the bush, your wheels won't fly off.. :D thus its not life threatening.. :D I have sat in UDM with worn bush, so much so the front assemble moves every time brake or acceleration is applied with a loud "gig..gok" knocking sound at the floor board.. :D Still can use ma.. :D Of course I do not encourage u drive above 200kph on such worn bush la because your car can hardly go straight but for weekend market grocery trip, no problem ma.. :D Just like brake pads. How worn is worn to justify for replacement? Scrubbing metal? 5% to scrub? 10% about to scrub? I would replace it before my sensors are cracked to save $$$ on buying new sensors.. :D You need to understand the seriousness of the detected "problem" or else you may end up like those who dispose off their UDM and complain high maintenance.. so many around! and I can tell u they are so wrong about UDM! Talk about leaks, the most dangerous leak is when the oil can soak into the timing belt, shortening the belt's life and snap it prematurely before the owner can detect it. All other leaks no problem wan la as long as u can top up the oil.. :D Rear diff leak also need to be attended ASAP because u don't know how much oil is left inside. Oh yes, if possible get it back to SC fill with "LifeTime" lub. :smokin:
