According to the dealer (from imbi) that the files are gone .....I do really hope auto bavaria or bmw malaysia people are reading this.Can you imagine, (claimed by my dealer..the files are no longer available). are they implying that i m stuck with the car and i do believe there are many others also facing similiar issues but are not aware about this. i will bring this personally to auto bavaria and see what are their feedback and i will also request my lawyer to issue an official letter of request to them, should i not able to get the letter of certifications.I have dropped a mail to the branch manager of auto bavaria sg. besi and also dropped a call to their cust service about this matter. No reply from them yet. I will keep you guys posted ..so that in future you guys won't faced the problems i am having now..Do hope bmw malaysia and auto bavaria treat their existing customers with urgency and aware of such problems.</blockquote>
