I recently acquired a pair of original BMW Coupe side mirrors and my plan was to install the mirrors to my E36 sedan. After the successful installation, I realized that the mirrors were not pointing to the correct angle especially the driver side mirror. After playing around with the angle (in vain) and after much thought, I strongly believed that the pair was designed to fit a left-hand-drive car as the two side mirrors were showing the right views if I sit at the front passenger side pretending that I'm driving a left-hand-drive car. My question is whether there will be ways to adjust the angle such that it can be properly utilized in right-hand-drive cars like the ones in Malaysia.
