Appreciate advice on my e34 Radiator problem.Overheating due to radiator outlet hose leak. Underwent top-overhaul as top gasket was "burned". Also replaced was radiator cap, expansion tank / sensor. The car drives fine with water temp indicator almost touching 50%. No over heating or loss of coolent at all. Now, when engine is cool (not driven the whole day) and when the raditor cap is opened. The coolent will "shoot" up like a fountain. Why is the pressure still so strong with a cool engine? Is it normal? My BM specialist is at a total loss. He even replaced 3 raditor caps with the same result every morning.
