Sorry to hear your bad day story at M1 Kayu Ara, been there few little times servicing my e39... service wise: soso, workshop: big, quiet clean and organise, handling cases: OKla, price: expensiveLA! When i had my e30 coupe(but M20 motronic) from 2005 till recently sold, i have tried stuttgard, bavarian auto(LOK), there is anothr bm workshop opposite road of kayu ara, and eventually BM Tech, subang. My advice for e30 car, you shld try not to go to those big boyz workshop. they can be stuck up sikit unless you are familiar with them. Especially these days they try to look on servicing newer model for a better marginal profit from parts & labour charges. I even came across 1 BM workshop that only take model started from e39 and above. e36 pun tak layan!! So old school small & medium size workshops are still the best place for older model. Try Wong(some people called him Uncle Wong) USJ 1, he and POH used to be partners in BM TECH before. He does a lots older model and inplant engine for my e30 before. cheerio!
