that's m-technic bodykit, came stock w/ M535i

M5 came w/ very minimal external differences from stock E28....one being the plastic front air dam (of course for an important purpose of reducing lift at high speed). i guess bmw motorsport's intention was to hide the performance capabilities of the M5 within a std looking E28 body
