JPJ knows the can blacklist you. They do not care about the court rulings. This case is not new. Over 15 years ago a similar case happened in Penang. JPJ lost but said, so sue me!

I paid mine and that give me my roadtax renewal, the thing is if we speed and got a ticket we pay and no matter in which country we are at, we still have to abide by the rules, ie the lion city/state. Dont want any ticket then dont speed. Simple.
