Now remove the rubber seal. Remove the clear headlamp cover<a href="http://img191.imageshack.us/img191/6804/03alx7.jpg" target="_blank">http://img191.imageshack.us/img191/6804/03alx7.jpg</a>First release the the tab on top<a href="http://img394.imageshack.us/img394/776/03bxb9.jpg" target="_blank">http://img394.imageshack.us/img394/776/03bxb9.jpg</a>Then bottom and inside. Then just pull out the plastic cover.5. Remove the plastic projector cover<a href="http://img381.imageshack.us/img381/3599/04afx6.jpg" target="_blank">http://img381.imageshack.us/img381/3599/04afx6.jpg</a><a href="http://img191.imageshack.us/img191/7581/04bbe8.jpg" target="_blank">http://img191.imageshack.us/img191/7581/04bbe8.jpg</a>6. Locate the daytime running light location<a href="http://img191.imageshack.us/img191/2236/05zh1.jpg" target="_blank">http://img191.imageshack.us/img191/2236/05zh1.jpg</a>It is located within the headlamp upper corner<a href="http://img394.imageshack.us/img394/2193/06asp8.jpg" target="_blank">http://img394.imageshack.us/img394/2193/06asp8.jpg</a>remove the small bulb<a href="http://img394.imageshack.us/img394/1198/06bma4.jpg" target="_blank">http://img394.imageshack.us/img394/1198/06bma4.jpg</a>The bulb connector looks like 2 clips make sure you get the polarity correct else the CCFL will not work. Compare it against the wires behind it is the same colour.<a href="http://img191.imageshack.us/img191/1254/06ccu1.jpg" target="_blank">http://img191.imageshack.us/img191/1254/06ccu1.jpg</a>The ballast inverter have 2 splice connector to the daytime running light<a href="http://img394.imageshack.us/img394/7920/06dbj9.jpg" target="_blank">http://img394.imageshack.us/img394/7920/06dbj9.jpg</a>Make sure the polarity is correct. Anyway it is not going to explode if you connect it wrongly, it just wouldn't work and your OBC will display error7. Prepare the CCFL angel eyes<a href="http://img381.imageshack.us/img381/636/07ayv9.jpg" target="_blank">http://img381.imageshack.us/img381/636/07ayv9.jpg</a>Insert the clips from the top of the CCFL<a href="http://img394.imageshack.us/img394/6576/07biu9.jpg" target="_blank">http://img394.imageshack.us/img394/6576/07biu9.jpg</a>Twist it inward 90 degree careful not to break the bridge and slide it towards the side<a href="http://img381.imageshack.us/img381/4436/07cce4.jpg" target="_blank">http://img381.imageshack.us/img381/4436/07cce4.jpg</a>You should have 2 clips on each CCFL angel eyes8. Locate the top flat area of the chrome reflector<a href="http://img381.imageshack.us/img381/8479/08adb9.jpg" target="_blank">http://img381.imageshack.us/img381/8479/08adb9.jpg</a>Clip the angel eyes to it<a href="http://img381.imageshack.us/img381/5463/08bdb2.jpg" target="_blank">http://img381.imageshack.us/img381/5463/08bdb2.jpg</a>Becareful the angel eyes do not interfere with the moving of projector<a href="http://img381.imageshack.us/img381/4279/08crq4.jpg" target="_blank">http://img381.imageshack.us/img381/4279/08crq4.jpg</a>Run the wiring to the lower bottom corner of the highbeam side. fix the ballast there. 9. Connect the CCFL angel eyes connector to the ballast. <a href="http://img381.imageshack.us/img381/2956/09ak1.jpg" target="_blank">http://img381.imageshack.us/img381/2956/09ak1.jpg</a>Final test it before installing back the cover.10.
