Guys, what would be the best and most suitable Rear differential ratio for E30's :-M20B20 - M20B23 -M20B25 -M20B27 -

Manual - from what I have read - 3.73, 3.91 mabbee....
Auto - same as my suggestion for M20B20 auto....

Manual - ?
Auto - ?

starts with 3.91 for m20b20auto & 3.73 for manual and work your self down in the gearing ratio for higher cubic capacity...anyway, it will all depends on your preference & driving style lar....u want nice pull, u lose top end & vice versa

Manual - AFAIK 3.73 alot people say better 3.91. I know one B20 running 4.27 :blink:
Auto - 3.91 or higher.... mine is a 4.1

M20B23
Manual - uk spec is running 3.25 (mine). i think local is 3.45
Auto - no auto i think...

M20B25
