The scam was uncovered after 142 vehicles underwent a routine inspection at the department’s AP inspection centre in Petaling Jaya over the last two months. “Thirty-seven APs with different serial numbers were used multiple times with different Customs import declarations to bring in the cars,” a source told The Star....It seems there is no end to the hanky-panky of these unscrupulous dealers.
