I've used those type of service in the past for almost all the cars that I've had at one point or another with no issue except for the minor mark after repair.However if they assess and say cannot be repaired, then go back to BMW. Just got mine replaced in Quill Puchong. Workmanship on the replacement was good, only gripe was they lightly scratched my A pillar which cheesed me off to no end since I reminded them to be careful before that. 1st claim of the year on windscreen replacement does not affect NCD of your insurance. HOWEVER, after claiming would mean that there is no more coverage for the same occurrence within the same year.</blockquote>
