HI,

BMW provided me with a courtesy car because they need few weeks to repair my car.

I am quite worried about the courtesy car as i am unsure about the insurance policy arrangements.

Anyone can enlighten me about this? What if i got into accident?

You r fully responsible for the courtesy car.. since BMW considers you a responsible adult and you hav agreed to be so responsible.. as stated in clause 1.14 of the form you signed before you got the keys..

Don't worry bro. Just enjoy the courtesy car like the normal way you would use your car. BMW won't lend you a car that's not covered by insurance. Courtesy car should be fully covered by insurance in accidents or theft incidents. However, for small damage to car caused by driver like scratch, small knocks, damaged tyre, traffic summons, speeding and parking summon, of course the driver got to take responsibility la. Simple logic.
