The coolant in my car has not been flushed/changed in close to 4 year. I am planning t do it real soon. Question is, do I need to do flushing with one of those after market coolant flushing fluid before replacing the coolant or do I just need to do a direct flush? Also, what is the recommended spark plug? I am driving 1997 E36 328I. Ideas are appreciated. Thanks.
