Conversion From M40 to M42 Dual Cam

Appreciate if the Sifu's here can share some ideas.

Known Issues about the conversion

1. The dual-mass flywheel on the m42 is very heavy, many websites have recommended using an aluminium flywheel
2. Conversion to electric fan. This would free up some horses (up to 5hp apparently)
3. the camshafts for the m42 can be tuned to improve performance (how to do this)
4. Chipping the ECU :- (Mark D and Conforti) seem to be the most recomended
5. M42 engines ne real problem.Cooling system gasket known as "timing case profile gasket" which will fail
Can some body elobrate on this
6. Modified the extractors to clear the steering shaft

Please feel free to add onn so that others intending to convert and have the first hand experience
