Then the clutch fan will not spin due to the belt is break off. Fan pulley is pulling by the belt from crank pulley. Once the belt is out then alternator, fan,water pump and other things pull by the belt will not running anymore.In one of the thread in this website, some forumers claimed that clutch fan is not driven by belt. In fact they dont know what is clutch fan pulley is. Only the electric fan which not driven by belt. If using clutch then is 100% driven by belt but the speed of the fan is control by fan clutch itself.</blockquote>
