Extra servicing jobs on the engine are not necessary. Only if you are driving in a constantly ‘sporty’ style will you need to change the oil every 10,000 km. </p><p> </p><p>FYI, one of the malaysia 525d has been using the vector tuning box for close to 6mth now. I understand from him the service interval is determine by his i-Drive system where dynamically monitoring the engine oil quality etc and do a count-down on next service.
