Change the absorber

Just want to get feedback how many of you have change your absorber and spring I have changed spring to lowered spring from HARTGE @ 60,000 KM and also pair of rear stock BODE absorber at 90,000 KM. Now 105,000 KM and thinking of changing the front absorber. Heard SACH is better than BODE
