So far I've been washing the car at least once a week as advised and the car has retained its shine. As I usually do the washing myself, I'm also very impressed at how easy it is to clean off any bird droppings or water stains. Even the brake dust on the 18" rims usually comes off with very little effort.  I recently noticed a couple of stubborn spots on one of the rims though. Even with plenty of elbow grease it's still there. I'm wondering if that's due to some chemical contact from some place else cos the all the other rims look great still.</blockquote>
