I just had my F10 done last Saturday with Ceramic Pro. Ben was extremely patient and polite with me and explained quite clearly their products and services. Since I just got my car pre-loved and it did come with some minor marks and scratches around, I didn't even consider Magnus Pro. I went with the 3 layers of Ceramic Pro coating and also had the interior done together. Sent the car in at 9.30am, collected it at 6.30pm. All in all, it was a hassle free experience and the car looked great when I picked it up. It has been raining every day since then so I've been diligently wiping dry the car at night or early the next morning as advised by Ben, who said to avoid shampoo washes and to dry wipe dry during the first 3 days after the coating is done (coating not cured completely). I must admit that with the coating, it is much easier to wash and dry the car, compared to a week ago when the car was naked. The 5 years warranty is pretty comforting as well: 1. Paint color will not fade 2. Water repellent effect of the coating will remain 3. Any modifications to the car, such as add-on bodykit, changing of rims, or repairs after accident, they will coat the new/replaced parts for free. If the 3k price tag isn't an issue for you, go for it! Just remember to not send the car for any polish services which use abrasive techniques cos that will remove the coating.
