Usually most workshop prefer that the client enjoy the comfort of the A/C room rather than disracting the mechanic. This is to prevent distraction of the staff and safety concern for the client.but, I did visit Sapura Auto before and they do have the latest tools to repair. The workshop manager was very helpful in taking us for a guided tour. I think you was there as well.</blockquote>
