condo living & car care is do-able. my biggest tip - buy an UPMARKET condo so ur neighbours have more expensive cars to steal.. Seriously, as they say - you get what you pay for and it applies to also your neighbours as if the units are rented out, then u know they are at least a bit up scale people and dun bother with ur ride. ( of course no guarantee ) as per bicycles and kids.....these upmarket kids wun even be riding in car parks for a start. They be too busy at the pool or shopping malls or PS3 at home. Yes washing will be a bit more hassle and you need to drive it to allocated wash bays. Another tip for you.....get a trolley to cart ur stuff - car wash thingy or even your groceries. Get your maid to push it down....or wife or gf! Good thing about condo living - water for washing car is paid and shared by ALL. So spray kau kau also no issue and no need high pressure spray cos water pressure is good enough! ( tank up on condo roof mah, normally ). LOL Get to know ur neighbour parking beside u.....so u know who to look for if ur car is "dinged". Good luck, welcome to KL.
