Can this rims fit on a 5 series ?

Hi to all ,Was wondering if rim width 8.5 front and 9.5 rear with offset ET38 & ET43 .....19inchcan fit to a 5 series ? Previously was on a e46. What are the things to look out ?Thanks for advice !!

Which 5 series? E39 or E60? E39 centre bore different than E46...might need to machine it...
