Can anyone recommend a good auto electrician/ electronics expert?

Looking for someone who can identify and repair a flickering led headlight. Its most likely a pcb issue, and the bulbs are definitely not blown.all the shops i've been to don't wanna take anything apart, and suggest to just replace it. Btw this is for my audi, not bmw. Any advice or help much appreciated. Thanks.
