Bro sorry for the incorrect word. Don't get me wrong, i mean bigger rims gives better grip( Including tyres choice) and it definetely gives wider width on your car.
Bigger rims with wider tyres which alter the width of your car does not equate improved handling. In fact, it could be a recipe for disaster!
The only recommendation for wheel and tyre upgrades is one size up from the OEM spec. Plus two if you must have the 'look'. Go beyound plus two and be prepared for:
1. Premature suspension bushing failure
2. Premature balljoint and tie-rod failure
3. Premature steering rack failure
4. Premature absorber failure
5. Ill ride and handling
6. Massive hydroplanning on wet surfaces
The premature failures are attributed to the fact that by going beyond the plus two rule, you have altered the the specifications and thrown away the engineering that you have paid for in the first place. Your suspension and chassis geometry will bee completely out of spec and hence; UNSAFE.
Where wheel size and chassis dynamics are concerned for automobiles, BIGGER is not neccessarily BETTER.....
Monster wheels and tyre combos are only applicable to show cars....IMHO
