What i meant was, that when the Polis/JPJ issue the summons, they also say that the road is not gazetted. I know that the summons are for ferrying tourists on routes which are not on their permit.  The point i was trying to make is that there is no clear picture on the status of this road. Everyone I talk in CH seems to have an different answer or unsure. It could be gazetted, it could be a temporary gazette with conditions or there might not be a gazette at all. Unless there is a clear announcement or someone authoratative puts in in writing, we will never know.  Cheers</blockquote>
