To understand the BSRI mechanics is not that difficult.Every authorised SC is allowed to perform BSRI parts replacement regardless of which authorised SA the car is bought from. The critical question is who bear the cost for parts and labor. It's actually BMW Malaysia, for both parts and labor. SC untung labor only and the used parts taken out from BSRI must return to BMW Malaysia to validate the claim. If you are BMW Malaysia, would you allow SC a claim an after market Bendix pad for Textar, for instant? No right?! So once we understand the BSRI concept, no more confuse lor.. :4:
