Waited half day and they managed to get both my steering wheel cover changed (warranty) and also they found out during inspection checked that my front absorber mounting worned off and so they changed for me as well (warranty) and they completed the BSRI oil/filter change.</p><p></p><p>Overall : Satisfied but wished they could have fixed the squeeking sound from my center dashboard (no time as I didn't booked in advance). Apparently, it is a known issue. Hopefully to do that on my next visit. Right now just a satisfied customer with their services and commitment. Recommend although i think their beverage/food service counter could have been a lot better compared to the Lexus showroom.</p></blockquote><p></p>
