It was a private sale from an expat leaving Malaysia for good. It was equipped with a Supersprint exhaust and it sounds terrific. Loving every bit of the car until it starts to become 'manja'. When I was driving it last week, i noticed a "dynamic drive malfunction" and "control system/braking" issues after 20 minutes driving it. Stopped into a nearby petrol station, and restart after 3-4 minutes and everything is like nothing as mentioned ever happened. Googled and read over other forums it does says it might have some problems with its electrical systems. Everything was good after few more drive until yesterday. Got stuck in KL jam and after 30 hours into the jam, all this 'MAJOR' problem starts appearing. First all of the air con starts acting weird, Window buttons, everything stopped working. The only things that were lit up were the Speedometer, and the RPM monitor. The speedometer stayed at 0 while the RPM meter worked normally. I tried to take a turn and the steering wheel was very stiff and almost impossible to turn. Then it said "transmission malfunction" and "dynamic drive malfunction" again. Then the battery icon appears and then the idrive went blackout. Able to drive back home and the the car wouldn't go past 2nd gear. What could cause all of these problems? Scrolling through other forums, indicates 95% saying that it could be the alternator and the battery and some say the battery cable.
