thanks guys....wat happened was i initially had a burst water pipe....it was replaced....then later i experienced another round of overheating and discovered tat my aircond fan was not working....i had it replaced and a pressure leak test showed the radiator was ok....then all was well...so when i went outstation and came back i noticed the boiling happening....i need to get it checked again....stress.... when i looked at the bleed screw it was not very tight...when i looked at the radiator it didnt lose very much water....could the screw being not tight be the reason? i also have converted my fan into a electric fan...but the fan is actually a e36 aircond fan usually fitted in the front of the e36....i was told by another mech tat the fan used is incorrect as the blowing direction is opposite since the fan is now installed on the inside of the car..any one familiar with the electric fan conversion? Thanks
