Hello Guys, Does anybody know any, a good and reliable workshop for bodyworks and painting for BMW cars in Penang area. Preferably mainland area. Need to do some touch-up. Thanks.

on penang free school road... if you come from McDonalds... it would be on your right... a small lane on your right just before the roundabout... name of shop... i don't know if i could say it here... if you do need it... PM me

quality???... if you send your car to AB penang... that is where u will end up seeing your car at... so why pay the middle man... it is not like they give great service anyways... so i would say the quality is very good... just sent my car there to respray the whole bumper because of stone chips... lets just say my car is 3 years old... never resprayed since coming out from the factory.... and they got the colours to match... so i would say very "good"... or if you are looking for a better bargain... just on the other side of penang free school road... another spray shop... which i shall not name as well... beginning with "A"... ending with "spray painting"... they do a good job... but they do not have all the BMW colours... Federal Auto sends their cars there... quality good...

how much for??... u talking about the AB spray paint shop or the Fedreal Auto spray paint shop... the one tt AB sends to and the one i recommend is a bit on the expensive side... becos they know that they have cornered the market... if u ever want to go to either one to have a quote... go to the one beginiing with "A" first... and then go to the AB one...becos i have had friends who went to the AB shop... got a quote... and then went to the one begining with "A" and got a quote... and went back to the AB one to get their car done and the work was not as good... becos they are at such close proximity... they know if you went to either... the prices do not vary by much... 50-100 bucks at most... so i suggest going to the AB one... and if 50-100 bucks is not something tt u could part with... go to the one beginning with "A"... both good quality... i sprayed my bumper and passenger side door for RM480... so the prices i think are quite reasonable... they usually charge about 200 for a door panel/hood/boot and close to 300 for bumpers/ and other panels...but bargaining is an option at either shops...

Ah.....I will bring my car for a quote there then...can PM me the name of the shop.....thanks....

bros,
If you dont mind coming over to the mainland, then there is a good one in BM. I have been sending my cars there for the past 10 years. Slightly more expensive then the rest in Butterworth but the quality is good. If it is a big job, I think you need to make reservation. Anyone interested can PM me for the address and contact.
