BMWCM Official Drive/Visit to BMW Assembly Plant in Kulim 5 July 2013

We have received confirmation from BMW Malaysia that only 70 pax are allowed to participate in the BMW factory tour for this year, and children below the age of 12 are not allowed to enter the factory. So friends, I need your help to inform me on this thread here on how many people will be participating in the factory tour. This can be done simply by adding the number of people next to your name and also the number of rooms that you will require, such as follows:</p><p></p><p><em><span style="color: #0000FF">1. Soulfood - 1 room 1 night, 2 pax</span></em></p><p></p><p>2. The cut off date for registration is 25th June 2013. On the same day also for those who will be staying overnight, I will need a RM100 deposit into our Maybank Club Account 5123-5230-7612. Please do so to avoid us from losing our booking fee with the hotel people. I can't give you back a refund just in case you could not make it that night, but you could offer your place to another OM to replace you.</p><p></p><p>3. We will be staying at Royal Hotel Penang on the night of the 5th July 2013. Hotel Royal Penang is a 4-star hotel, located in the historical enclave of Georgetown and within minutes away from the financial district and other prominent locations. The Hotel is also encased with a diversity of contemporary and culture attractions allowing guests to explore Penang’s rich historic sights which make Penang a UNESCO World Heritage site.</p><p></p><p>The rooms are RM150 nett per room per night inclusive of breakfast and parking. I book 30 of them. The tentative plan on 5th July is like this:</p><p></p><p>7.00am - meet at Sg Buloh RnR</p><p></p><p>9.00am - stopover at Sg Perak RnR</p><p></p><p>11.00am - Lunch at Juru</p><p></p><p>2.30pm - Arrive BMW factory plant</p><p></p><p>6.00pm - Complete the tour</p><p></p><p>7.00pm - Arrive in Royal Hotel Penang</p><p></p><p>8.30pm - Dinner in Penang hosted by our BMWCM Penang Chapter</p><p></p><p></p><p>6. We will be driving in 3 groups. The CMs will nominate the lead cars, sweepers and marshals. If you would like to volunteer, just raise your hand.</p><p></p><p>If you have further suggestions to make this an awesome drive, please post it in this thread.
