<blockquote data-quote="Fadhlan" data-source="post: 625244" data-attributes="member: 20785"><p>Ladies & gentlemen of BMW Club Malaysia,</p><p></p><p>I wish to furnish you with a report on the monetary collections from the period of 10th and 11th August 2012 for the Buka Puasa TT at Desa Paku Restaurant, Ara Damansara with our special guests from Pusat Jagaan Kasih Harapan, Kota Damansara.</p><p></p><p>In total, we have collected <strong>RM4,546.00</strong> for a period of two days. </p><p></p><p>Out of which, RM4,046.00 are in cash and RM500 is in cheque.</p><p></p><p>From the total amount:</p><p></p><p>1) 24 packets with RM50 in each packet were given out to the 24 children: RM1,200.00</p><p></p><p>2) The cheque is issued to Pusat Jagaan Kasih Harapan: RM500.00</p><p></p><p>3) Cash issued to Desa Paku Restaurant for 24 children and 7 adults: RM835.00</p><p></p><p>As of now the Club has RM2,011.00 cash balance from the collection.</p><p></p><p>The said cash balance will be disbursed to other privately funded orphanages that requires financial assistance. The Club has received several proposals from these orphanages, and the Management Committee will deliberate and decide on disbursement amount.</p><p></p><p>The Club will inform its members once the decision is made.</p><p></p><p>Salam Ramadhan to you all.</p></blockquote><p></p>
