Last week I sent my e36 for servicing and transmission oil change and immediately after that my transmission leaks badly. Later I went back to Top Power and by chance found out from his mechanic he is using non original BMW engine oil and local low grade Transmission oil but charge a hefty sum for the job. The transmission oil he used is a normal grade Rixx ATF fluid instead of the original ZF semi synthetic transmission fluid that I want. I paid RM480 for the transmission oil change and when I check with BM Auto Garage of Permas Jaya, the original ZF oil change cost is lower than that. I went back to look for Vincent to help me to solve the leaking problem but he just shouted that my car is too old and tell me to leave. I wrote here not only to vent my frustrations and more importantly to warn the rest about this cunning,greedy and dishonest guy. Not forget to mention that he changed parts without consulting me. He replaced a fan belt and alternator belts and charged RM250, not sure if I am overcharge or not as I did not ask around. In total I paid about RM900 for a normal servicing, not origina low grade Auto transmission oil and 2 belts change (without my consent).Initially he will behave very helpful and friendly but when he gain your trust. he will cut your throat. Just be careful when you visit him.</blockquote>
