Professional service, maintenance, and repair for 3 years or 60,000km* whichever comes first. This exclusive service programme gives you the freedom to enjoy your BMW on any road, at any time. So you can concentrate on the driving pleasure without having to worry about the service and maintenance. The BMW Service + Repair Inclusive is complimentary with any new BMW you acquire and is designed so that you can forget about the cost of servicing, maintenance or wear-and-tear of your BMW for the next 3 years or 60,000km* which ever comes first. It is an assurance that your BMW will always be serviced with precision and that only Original BMW Parts will be used. Of course, the trademark BMW reliability, safety and quality go without saying. Benefits of BMW Service + Repair Inclusive at a glance: •Offer advice to help build the right car for you.•Order the car.•Arrange delivery to you. The service includes: •Change of engine oil (not including top-ups).•Service / replacement of air filters, microfilters, spark plugs, brake fluid.•Brake pads, front and rear.•Brake disc, front and rear.•Clutch (worn only)•Windscreen wiper blades as part of routine maintenance.•Vehicle check and standard services as set out in BMW service booklet in owners documentation (chapter : Maintenance summary, Vehicle check)•

Repairs beyond warranty covered during programme period.

•Order the car.•Arrange delivery to you. Care to share your experience with the package. I believe the recommended service interval is now 25000km. I also believe that the manual states that your car should be serviced at least every year nothwithstanding the mileage. Recently a friend of mine who owns a one year old 320i under the said package approached a SC for her first service. Her car had only done 12000km. The SA checked her car and told her nothing was wrong and that if she wanted the free service, she should come back when the service light was red. If she still insisted on servicing her car, then she would have to pay for the service. The SA told her that this was a new policy. Unhappy with the answer she wrote to the SC HQ. Later she received a call inviting her for the free service from the SC. I have decided to conduct a survey amongst all the forumers( official member or not) to gather your experiences before I write officially (in my personal capacity and as a potential E90 buyer) to enquire as the the AB & BMWs stand on this issue of service intervals and the service+repair package currently being offered as standard together with purchases of all new BMWs. So pls share your experiences. I would need amongst others the following particulars:- Modelate Of Purchaseate(s) of service & Mileage(KM):Whether covered under the 3yrs/60000km package:Other remarks/experience: I also welcome suggestions on how best I can conduct this survey.
